Clyburn: Trump admin trying to eliminate programs that expand opportunities for minorities

The Trump administration has proposed a rule that would prevent private schools and universities from considering race in admissions, scholarships, and other programs. I see this for what it is: an attempt to eliminate programs designed to expand opportunities for minority students who may not be able to afford college or who come from under-resourced schools and communities. It’s that simple.
